Direction:   Soak 2 roots in a 33 cl bottle of water for 1 hour, then drink the water and refill the bottle with water again. After an hour you may drink it and refill until you no longer get any substance from the root into the water.  Usually the water could be refilled 4 to 5 times before the root is no longer helpful.
